• Possession: Adults 21+ can possess up to 2 ounces of cannabis
• Home Growing: Up to 6 plants per person (3 mature, 3 immature)
• Gifting: You can gift up to 1 ounce to another adult 21+
• Private Use: Cannabis can be consumed on private property

What's NOT Legal

• Selling: Sale of cannabis remains illegal without a license
• Public Use: No smoking in public spaces
• Driving: DUI laws apply to cannabis

How I-71 Gifting Works

Delivery services operate through a gifting model: you purchase a legal item (sticker, art, etc.) and receive cannabis as a free gift. This is fully I-71 compliant.
